YogaOne has two branches in Abu Dhabi. The Mangrove One studio is a cosy, light-filled boutique in a gated compound, offering a warm, calming space for you. The modern studio in Masdar City focuses on sustainability and well-being, providing a peaceful, airy environment to find your zen.
YogaOne offers full-moon outdoor yoga, breathwork, and meditation at the Jubail Mangrove Park boardwalk from October to March during the cooler months.
